Terms & Conditions
SUBSCRITPTION AND BILLING
Your subscription is billed monthly at £59.00 (or the discounted rate if a promotional code was applied at checkout)
Payment is taken at the start of each billing cycle
No refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month
If no contact or engagement is received from the client for 10 consecutive days, GIV Ä FUQ reserves the right to terminate the subscription without refund for the current billing period
Service termination due to non-engagement does not entitle the client to a refund of any portion of the current month's fee
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
This service requires your active participation — results depend entirely on your own effort and commitment
By subscribing you confirm you understand the nature of this accountability programme and what is expected of you as a client
GENERAL
GIV Ä FUQ reserves the right to update these terms at any time
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms .
HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DATA
GIV Ä FUQ is a sole trader, accountability subscription service operated based in Leeds, England, UK.
WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
When you fill in the intake form, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and your answers about your goals. We collect only what we need to run your accountability service.
HOW WE USE IT
Your data is used solely to assess your application, onboard you as a client, and communicate with you via WhatsApp and email about your daily check-ins. We do not sell, share, or pass your data to any third party.
WHERE IT IS STORED
Your form responses are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets, accessed only by us. WhatsApp messages are stored within WhatsApp. We do not use any third-party CRM or marketing platform.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We retain your data for as long as you are an active client, plus 12 months after your service ends, after which it is permanently deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS (UK GDPR)
